At approximately 5:00pmCT on Saturday, September 28, 2019, 51-year-old William Grabel of Lafollette, TN was transported from a Pennsylvania jail and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center by RSPD units. Grabel was served with a Russell County warrant for Robbery, 2nd degree stemming from a June 2019 RSPD investigation into the Robbery of the BB&T bank in Russell Springs. RSPD Det. Chasity Shirley is heading the investigation.
