TJ COLUMBIA HEALTH FAIR OCT. 26TH

 
The TJ Health Columbia Community Health Fair will be held Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 7:00am-11:00am at the hospital, 901 Westlake Drive, Columbia, KY. 
 
TJ Health Columbia is offering 1,600 free lab tests this year. Pre-registration is required to ensure that the lab test will be free. Pre-register online at https://www.tjsamson.org/tj_health_columbia/tj_health_columbia_health_fair.aspx
You may also pre-register by calling 270-384-4753 or visit any TJ Regional Health location.
 
There are two more Lab pre-draw dates: October 15th &16th from 6:30-9:30amCT each day. Lab draws will also be available the day of the health fair, Saturday, Oct. 26th, from 7:00am-10:00amCT. Blood work and flu shots, as well as vascular screenings will be available. Please call 270-384-7510 to register for the vascular screenings. ABI, Carotid and Aorta Screenings will be available for $50 each or all 3 for $120. 500 free flu shots will be available during the pre-draw dates (ages 18 and over).
 
The TJ Health Columbia Health Fair includes: Basic Lab Panel, Lipid Panel and PSA testing for males. Height & weight, blood pressure and body mass index will also be offered.
 
The TJ Columbia Health Fair is made possible with support from the Good Samaritan Foundation and the Lindsey Wilson College Nursing Division.
