Russell Grimsley, 40, of Russell Springs, KY was arrested Wednesday afternoon by the RCSO for Fleeing or Evading Police, 2nd Degree (on foot) and 2 counts of Violating a Kentucky EPO/DVO. Grimsley was lodged in the Russell Co. Detention Center.
