Gary Badley, 68, of Columbia, KY was arrested Saturday evening by KSP and charged with Trafficking in Mariujana; Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree (Drug Unspecified); 2 counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Trafficking in Legend Drugs; Possession of Marijuana; Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Operators License; 2 counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree (Drug Unspecified); Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree (Drug Unspecified); and Failure to Produce Insurance Card.
Badgley was lodged in the Adair Co. Regional Jail.
