The City of Columbia is continuing their work on a couple of projects.
The packages for the elderly will be distributed beginning later this week in conjunction with the Day of Giving. The city has also received donations of adult disposable undergarments (primarily for men). If you know someone who needs these, please contact Ann Marie Austin at City Hall.
The City's "Day of Caring" earlier saw 2 handicapped ramps built. The City is continuing to receive requests for ramps and has volunteers to build them, but funding is needed for the materials. If you would like to contribute to a ramp, please call 270-384-2501.
