According to Russell Co. Sheriff Derek Polston, Deputies were responding to a burglary call on Webb Ridge Road on Monday night where a homeowner had a subject at gunpoint. 46-year-old Gale Meeks of Jamestown, KY was charged with Burglary 2nd degree, Alcohol intoxication, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.
Deputies Corey Meyer and John wine made the arrest.
