An Irvington, KY woman was arrested earlier this week following a traffic stop by the Adair County Sheriffs Office. She is facing methamphetamine and DUI charges.
On Monday, November 25, 2019 at 7:01pmCT, Deputy Joey Keith initiated a traffic stop on a 2004 Chevrolet car in the limits of Columbia. The roadside investigation led to the arrest of the operator, 35-year-old Sabrina Peters of Irvington, KY.
Peters was arrested and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail on the following charges:

Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree (Methamphetamine)

Possession of Marijuana

Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Drugs

No Operators License

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
The Adair Co. Sheriffs Office is continuing the investigation.
