Josh Branscum has filed as a candidate for State Representative in the 83rd District, comprised of Russell, Clinton, Cumberland and a portion of Pulaski County. He is employed by Branscum Construction Co. of Russell Springs, KY. His wife, Kara, is a teacher in Russell County. The couple has 2 children.
The filing deadline is January 10, 2020.
