The Adair County Sheriff’s Office would like to congratulate Deputy Chandler Staten in his graduation from the Department of Criminal Justice Police Academy.
On Thursday, December 5th, 2019 Deputy Staten, along with 29 other deputies and officers, walked across the stage to receive their certificate from Commissioner Alex Payne. Staten completed 20 weeks with over 800 hours of classroom instruction on topics such as (but not limited to) Penal Code, Defensive Tactics, Emergency Driving, Firearms, and applying the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Sherrif Josh Brockman says they are very proud of Chandler and feel he will be a great asset to the Adair County Sheriff’s Office.
