Students had an opportunity to create a poster illustrating Kentuckians working together on something to accomplish for their communities. One of the six students who placed in the "Team Kentucky" inauguration poster contest was from Adair County.
A panel of judges, including First Lady Britainy Beshear, selected the winners. The winning posters were on display in the Capital during the inauguration and currently remain on display.
Congratulations to Lane Kelsay from Adair County Elementary School who won in the ages 10-13 category.
