Tuesday, December 31, 2019 is the last day for anyone wanting to change their political party affiliation and be eligible to vote in that political party’s upcoming primary election, pursuant to KRS:116.055. You may change your party affiliation by coming into the Adair County Clerk’s Office, 424 Public Square, Suite 3, Columbia, KY during normal business hours Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:00pmCT) and Saturdays (8:00am-12:00pmCT). You may also go online at https://sos.ky.gov, and click on GoVoteKy.com to register to vote or change your party affiliation.
Due to the New Year’s Holiday, the Adair County Clerk's office will be closed on December 31st, therefore Dec. 30th will be the last day to come into the office and change your party affiliation. Please remember that you can go online until Dec. 31st, 2019.
