A Russell County Grand Jury has returned indictments against three individuals:
- Brenda Marsaw, 33, Chicago, ILL - Theft of Identity; Theft by Deception over $500; and Persistent Felony Offender, 2nd Degree
- Jonathan Huddleston, 29, Columbia, KY - Flagrant Nonsupport (failing to provide child support)
- Dana Carter, 45, Waynesburg, KY - Bail Jumping 1st Degree; Persistent Felony Offender
