On Monday, January 20, 2020 at 3:58amET, Officer Adam Davis with the Campbellsville Police Department saw 28-year-old Alexander D. Hill of Campbellsville, KY walking on South Central Avenue. Upon making contact with Mr. Hill, Officer Davis discovered that he was under the influence of drugs. Hill was also found to have outstanding warrants for his arrest. When Officer Davis placed Mr. Hill under arrest, he discovered that Hill was in possession of methamphetamine, suboxone pills, and drug paraphernalia.
Hill was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree, 2nd offense, (Methamphetamine); Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree (Suboxone); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and Public Intoxication. He was lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center.
