4 people were taken into custody by Jamestown Police and the Russell County Sheriff’s Office on Theft and other charges…
The arrests occurred just after 4:00pmCT on Wednesday afternoon. 37-year-old Kyle Piercy and 49-year-old Shaun Johnson, both of Jamestown, KY and 49-year-old Sandra Dix and 39-year-old Nathan Stargel, both of Russell Springs, KY were arrested Wednesday afternoon on charges of Burglary, 3rd Degree and Theft by Unlawful Taking (over $500 but under $10,000).
Piercy and Stargel were also charged with Failure to Appear.
