On Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 4:45pmCT, the Adair County Sheriffs Office conducted a search of a residence off Bryant Cemetery Lane in eastern Adair County. The search stemmed from an investigation that had been ongoing in reference to illegal activity going at the residence involving narcotics.
As a result, Jerry Dale Sneed of Columbia was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree (methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Adair County Jail.
The arrest was made by K-9 Deputy Josh Durbin who was assisted in the search by Deputy Chandler Staten and Kentucky State Police.
