A Russell County man was lodged in the detention center on Rape Charges Sunday.
Lee Stargle, 52, of Russel Springs, KY was taken into custody by Deputy Hughes with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office at 5:18pmCT on Sunday afternoon and booked into the Russell County Detention Center. Stargle is charged with Rape 1st Degree (Victim 12 years of Age).
Rachael Lundy, 24, of Burkesville, KY was taken into custody by Deputy Durbin with the Adair County Sheriff’s Office just before 2 a.m. on Monday morning on several charges. Lundy is charged with Speeding 26mph over the limit, Reckless Driving, Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs (Aggravated Circumstances) 1st Offense, Fleeing or Evading Police (Motor Vehicle), Tampering with Physical Evidence and Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle. Lundy was lodged into the Adair County Regional Jail.
