South Kentucky RECC, will have a planned power outage this morning (weather permitting), in the Sewellton are of Russell County. The outage will begin around 9 a.m. central time. The Highway 55 circuit will be out approximately 2 hours while crews change a pole, this will affect more than 900 members.
