Tomkinsville, KY (February 24,2020) - On February 21st, 2019 at approximately 4:30 PM CST Trooper Allen Shirley, along with Officers from Tompkinsville Police Department, responded to an apartment that had been burglarized at the Green Hills Subdivision. Tonya Bartley stated that when she arrived home, she realized someone had entered her apartment, broken several items and stole her microwave. A nearby witness stated that he observed 65 year old Ted Frazier of Tompkinsville, KY leave the apartment carrying a microwave.

Tpr. Shirley located Frazier at his residence on South Main Street and placed him under arrest. Frazier was charged with Burglary 2nd degree, Theft by unlawful taking U/$500, and Criminal Mischief 3rd degree. Frazier was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
