The Jamestown Fire Department was dispatched out at 2:15pmCT on Monday afternoon to the report of a car on fire just off the Square. When the department arrived on scene they found a vehicle, owned by Jasmine Brooke York, with fire under the hood. The blaze was quickly extinguished.
Firemen were on the scene for approx. 30 minutes and were assisted by Jamestown PD and the Russell County Sheriff's Office.
