RUSSELL COUNTY INDICTMENTS 2-26-20

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Russell County Grand Jury met Tuesday and handed up the following indictments...

 

Kaitlyn Nopp of Campbellsville and Justin Goodin of Lebanon - Knopp: Driving Under the Influence Goodin: Public Intoxication Both were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree a Class D Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia a Class A Misdemeanor.

 

Cody L. Cooper of Russell Springs - Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree a Class D Felony a Class D Felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree a Class A Misdemeanor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia a Class A Misdemeanor.

 

William C. Wilson of Russell Springs - Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, a Class D Felony.

 

Curtis Hendricks of Russell Springs - Theft by Unlawful Taking over $10,000 dollars, a Class C Felony and Criminal Mischief 1st Degree a Class D Felony.

 

Wolfgang Burkhart of Edmonton - Bail Jumping 1st Degree a Class D Felony.

 

Tony Owens of Somerset - Bail Jumping 1st Degree a Class D Felony.

 

Glen Blankenship of Russell Springs - Criminal Mischief 1st Degree a Class D Felony, and Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree.
