The Taylor County Sheriff’s Office responded to 121 Ten Oakes Lane to assist Probation and Parole. When they arrived the deputies made contact with Christopher Grubaugh in front of the residence. Police say Grubaugh was attempting to conceal something in his sleeve, he was found to have a white powdery substance in a plastic bag, along with suspected marijuana. Grubaugh was taken into custody and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree-Drug Unspecified, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Possession of Marijuana. He was lodged in the Taylor County Dentition Center by Deputy Brent Burkhead.
