A Russellville woman was arrested early Tuesday morning on speeding and drug charges by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

Barbara Johnson, 29, was taken into custody by Deputy Daniels and charged with Speeding 16 mph over the limit, Failure to Wear Seat Belt, Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Operators License, and Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1^st Degree, 2^nd Offense (Meth). Johnson was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
