An Adair County man was arrested on Drug and other charges early this morning.
 

Rayne Jones, 19, of Columbia, KY was arrested around 2:30 this morning. He was charged with Fleeing or Evading Police, 1^st Degree (on foot), Public Intoxication-Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol), Disorderly Conduct 2^nd Degree, Wanton Endagerment-1^st Offense Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, Assault 3^rd-Peace Officer-Communicable Bodily Fluid and Criminal Mischief 3^rd Degree. He was lodged into the Adair County Regional Jail.

An Albany woman was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center yesterday just after 12 noon on several charges including Assault.
 

Bethany Harding, 28, was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs .08 1^st Offense, Failure of Non-Owner Operator to Maintain Required Insurance 1^st Offense, Improper Registration Plate, Assault 3^rd Degree – Police Officer or Probation Officer, Disorderly Conduct, 2^nd Degree and a Probation Violation for Felony Offense.
