A Columbia man was arrested and charged with DUI and other charges early this morning in Adair County.

Ethan Bernard age 18, of Columbia, was taken into custody by Deputy Staten of the Adair County Sheriff’s Office just after 1:30 a.m. and charged with Reckless Driving, Rear License Not Illuminated, Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Operators License and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Substance 1^st. He was lodged into the Adair County Regional Jail.
