Kenny Sims, 38, of Jamestown was arrest just before 6 a.m. Wednesday morning by Officer Justice with the Russell Springs Police Department. Sims was charged with Contempt of Court and Failure to Appear.

Alex Oakes, 33, of Russell Springs was arrested just before Noon yesterday by Trooper Bale with the Kentucky State Police. Oakes was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Criminal Trespassing – 3^rd Degree, and Public Intoxication-Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol).

Lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.

Holly Harris, 37, of Burkesville, KY was arrested by Burkesville Police Wednesday morning and charged with Disorderly Conduct, 2^nd Degree and Menacing.

Lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
