Michael Salas age 36, of Louisville was taken into custody by Trooper Brumley with the Kentucky State Police just after 12:30 this morning.  He was charged with Speeding 24mph Over the Limit, Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol, 1^st Aggravated Circumstances and Wanton Endangerment-2^nd Degree.
