The Adair County Judge’s Office was closed today (Wednesday) and will be closed tomorrow (Thursday). Judge Gale Cowan was notified late Tuesday night that someone in the office for a meeting on Monday morning ended up testing positive for COVID19. Judge Cowan said even though the Adair Annex is closed to the general public, they are continuing with county business and at times it is necessary for people to be in their offices by appointment. Everyone in the office was social distancing and wearing a mask, but she says she still wants to be on the safe side and close until the area can be fogged/disinfected on Thursday.
