Jay Faulkner, 31, of Nancy, KY was arrested by Officer Phillips with the Russell Springs Police Department just before 1:30 amCT this morning. Faulkner was charged with No Brake Lights, No Registration Plates, Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance, 1^st Offense, Failure to Notify Address Change to Department of Transportation, Insufficient Head Lamps, Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense (Meth),  Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possession and Operating  Motor Vehicle Under the Influence. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.

Jeffrey Milburn, 52, of Somerset, KY was also taken into custody by Officer Phillips with the Russell Springs Police Department just early this morning. Milburn was charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense (Meth), Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possession and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Milburn was also lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
