On Saturday, May 29, 2021 Jordan Hilty, 20, of Greensburg, KY was arrested on an Adair County Grand Jury indictment warrant. Chief Deputy Brandon Hitch presented the results of an investigation to the Grand Jury last month. As a result, an indictment was returned for Sexual Abuse 1st degree (Victim Under 12) and Video Voyeurism.
Jordan Hilty was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail. The Sheriffs Office is continuing the investigation.
