Business:

Approval of Minutes as presented – Kenzie Rowe, Secretary

Approval of Treasurer’s Report as presented – Roger Meadows, Treasurer

New Business:

1. Introduce Rodney Hitch, East KY Power EDA and David Crews, Senior VP EKPC/East KY Power for discussion of opportunity for economic development, etc.
2. Update North Road Project: Billing, payments, status, etc.
3. Update property exchange: Deeds, filing clerk, clearing, burning, covering, payment
4. Update South property access road: planning, tentative beginning estimate, location, etc.
5. Update MSE Johnny Webb visit: Reviewed North road, reviewed South access options, reviewed limitations, got utility dept. to mark lines and clean around sewer pump station, etc. Utility will furnish maps location to Johnny and us. MSE will locate on drawings.
6. Park signs renovation: Letter color, entrance 1 added, option of standard or reflective lettering, select color, approval
7. Other Business for discussion or Announcements
