- Jason Dewayne Bernard, 41, of Russell Springs - arrested by KSP on Monday afternoon and charged with Failure to Pay Child Support, Failure to Appear, Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle, No Operators License in Possession, Improper Display of Registration Plates, No Registration Plates, No Registration Receipt, Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance, and Contempt of Court.
- Wallace Johnson, 55, of Russell Springs - lodged in the Adair County Jail on Monday afternoon for Possession of Methamphetamine and Failure to Appear.
Both men were lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
