Timothy Eads, age 40 of Russell Springs, was taken into custody by Officer Jeremy West with the Russell Springs Police Department just before 5 a.m. this morning. Eads was charged with Public Intoxication-Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol), Drug Paraphernalia-Buy/Possession and Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3^rd Degree-Drug Unspecified. He was lodged into the Russell County Detention Center.
