* Substitute teachers must meet one of the following requirements*:
- Hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution. Applicants who possess a bachelor's degree in any subject area from a regionally or nationally accredited institution of post-secondary education do not need to meet the minimum grade point average requirements (KRS.161.102) OR
- Have at least 96 semester hours of college credit with at least a 2.5 GPA OR
- Have 64 to 95 semester hours of college credit with at least a 2.5 GPA
