Jamestown, KY (September 15, 2021) - The Kentucky State Police arrested two people today after conducting a 7-month investigation of an arson that destroyed Triple Crown Outfitters Lodge in Jamestown, KY in February of this year.
33-year-old Sarah Turner-Lykins of Jamestown, KY was charged with Arson 2nd degree. 41-year-old Richard Carlisle of Owensboro, KY was charged with Complicity to Arson 2nd Degree. Both subjects were lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
