Warner was charged with Carless Driving, Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possession, Operating Motor Vehicle under the Influence Controlled Substance 1^st and Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense (Drug Unspecified). She was lodged into the Russell County Detention Center.

Timothy Stephens, age 40 of Jamestown was arrested by Deputy Meyer of the Russell County Sheriff’s Office just after 3:30 Thursday afternoon.
