Andrew Weiss, 23, of Burkesville, KY was taken into custody on Tuesday morning by Deputy Daniels with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office. Weiss was charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense (more than 2 grams of Meth), Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense (Drug Unspecified), Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possession, Operating on a Suspended or Revoked License and Prescription Controlled Substance not in Proper Container 1^st Offense. He was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
