Household or other contacts of a positive case who need documentation to adhere to the quarantine guidelines should provide a copy of the positive test of the person with whom they were in contact to their employer.
If you have tested positive for COVID 19 or been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID 19, you should follow the most recent guidelines issued by the Kentucky Department for Public Health.
