David Johnson, 34, of Russell Springs, KY was taken into custody by KSP Trooper Begley on Wednesday afternoon. Johnson was charged with Speeding, Operating on a Suspended or Revokd Operators License, Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possession, Possession of Marijuana, Theft of Identity of Another without Consent, Wanted Endangerment 2^nd Degree (Police Officer), Failure to Notify Transportation Department of Address Change, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, 2 counts of Non-Payment of Court Costs, Fees and Fines, Failure to Appear, Contempt of Court, and Operating with an Inactive/Cancelled/Revoked Motor Fuel Tax License. Johnson remains lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.

A Glasgow, KY man has been taken into custody on a Fugitive From Another State Warrant. Brandon Frazier, 37, was arrested by the Cumberland County Sheriffs Office overnight. Frazier was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
