Prestin Sneed, 28, of Jamestown was taken into custody just after midnight by Deputy Golden with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office. Sneed was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense (Cocaine).

Ernest Foley, 54, of Jamestown was arrested by Officer Lee Smith with the Jamestown Police Department on Wednesday morning just after 10 a.m.. Foley was charged with Criminal Trespassing 1^st Degree.

Both men were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.

Donald Bearden, 54, of Columbia was arrested by Officer Conn with the Columbia Police Department just after Midnight. Bearden was charged with Strangulation 1^st Degree and Assault, 4^th Degree (Domestic Violence) with minor injuries. He was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
