Collins was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.

Parker Perdue, 43, of Burkesville, KY was arrested just before 3 a.m. this morning, by Deputy Watson with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Officer. Perdue was charged with Public Intoxication-Controlled Substance (excludes alcohol), Criminal Trespassing, Criminal Mischief, 1^st Degree, Burglary, 2^nd Degree, Resisting Arrest, Assault 3^rd Degree (Police Officer or Probation Officer), and Disorderly Conduct, 2^nd Degree. Perdue was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
