Nicolette Hare, 30, of Russell Springs was taken into custody by Officer Foster with the Columbia Police Department just before 10 last night. Hare was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense (Meth), Promoting Contraband – 1^st Degree, Public Intoxication-Controlled Substance (excludes alcohol), Contempt of Court Libel/Slander Resistance to Order.

Lodged in the Adair County Jail.
