Mark Pearson, 19, of Columbia, KY was arrested by Trooper Brumley with Kentucky State Police on Tuesday evening. Pearson was charged with Assault, 4^th Degree (Domestic Violence) No Visible Injury, Criminal Mischief 3^rd Degree, Resisting Arrest, Excessive Windshield/Window Tinting, No Person Shall Have More Than Once Operators License and Obstructed Vision and/or Windshield.

He was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
