- Michael Walton Scott, 27, of Columbia, KY - arrested on Tuesday morning by KSP for Manslaughter 2nd degree and DUI 4th or more offense.
- Jonathan Hutcheson, 37, of Fairdale, KY - arrested on Sunday night by the ACSO for Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Operators License, Trafficking in Fentanyl, Methamphetamine & Heroin, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree (Drug Unspecified), Failure of Owner to Maintain Insurance, and No Registration Plates.
- Tessa Sturgill, 41, of Jamestown, KY - arrested Tuesday morning for Non-Payment of Fines and Probation Violation (for Felony Offense).
Lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
- Shane Grant, 49, of Jamestown, KY - arrested on Monday night by Jamestown Police Dept. for Non-Payment of Fines and Failure to Appear.
- Jonathan Davis, 40, of Russell Springs, KY - arrested on Sunday afternoon by KSP for Driving on a DUI Suspended License, 2 counts of Non-Payment of Fines, and Failure to Wear Seatbelt.
Lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
