Area Arrest 9-23-22

Richard Hubert, age 69, of Burkesville, was arrested by Trooper Maxwell with the Kentucky State Police just before 5:30 last evening. Hubert was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense (Drug Unspecified) and Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Proper Container 1^st Offense.

He was lodged into the Adair County Regional Jail
