The City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 13, 2022 AT 6:00 p.m. in City Hall.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the following:
- Request for zone change from R3 (Medium Density Residential) to C2 (Highway Oriented Commercial) for a lot located at 125 Parkway Manor Lane (Map # 000-01-06-005-.09). The purpose is to build storage units. Property owned by Perry Dunbar.
