Bobby Lynn, 35, of Liberty, KY was arrested by Officer Llane with the Russell Springs Police Department on Sunday evening. Lynn was charged with Speeding 13 mph over the limit, Driving DUI Suspended License – 1^st Offense (Aggrivated Circumstances), Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possession, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense (Meth), Fleeing or Evading Police 1^st Degree (Motor Vehicle) and Disregarding a Stop Sign. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
