Draven Burchett, 18, of Russell Springs was taken into custody by Deputy Golden with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office just after 1 a.m. Tuesday morning. Burchett was charged with Terroristic Threatening, 3^rd Degree, Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place (1^st and 2^nd Offense) and Disorderly Conduct, 2^nd Degree.

Ethan McQuire, 21, of Covington was arrested by Trooper Roark of the Kentucky State Police on Monday night. McQuire was charged with Disorderly Conduct, 2^nd Degree, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense (Cocaine), Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol and Possession of Open Alcohol Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle.

Both were lodged into the Russell County Detention Center.
