Thomas Bradshaw, 58, of Columbia, KY was arrested by Officer Tweedy with the Burkesville Police Department just before 1 a.m. this morning. Bradshaw, was charged with Careless Driving, License to be in Possession, Operating Motor Vehicle Under Influence of Controlled Substance 1^st, Possession of Controlled Substance, 2^nd Degree – Drug Unspecified, Prescription Controlled Substance not in Proper Container 1^st Offense and Failure to Notify Address Change to Department of Transportation. Bradshaw was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
