Jeffrey Karger, 35, of Columbia was arrested by Officer Tweedy of the Burkesville Police Department just before 1 a.m. on Sunday. Karger was charged with Fleeing or Evading Police, 1^st Degree (Motor Vehicle) and (on Foot), Wanton Endangerment 1^st Degree, Resisting Arrest, Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Substance, Speeding and Reckless Driving. He was Lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
