Joseph Harrison, 36, of Columbia, KY  was arrested on Saturday night, November 11, 2023 by the ACSO for TBUT (Auto) over $1,000, Criminal Mischief 1st degree, and Receiving Stolen Property over $1,000. He was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
